Welcome to Broad Electric, L.L.C. (“Broad Electric,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website www.broadelectric.com and/or hiring us for electrical services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Broad Electric offers licensed electrical contracting services for residential and commercial customers in and around Omaha, Nebraska. All work is performed in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes, and by licensed and insured electricians.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and are non-binding until a service agreement is signed.
Prices are subject to change based on job conditions, material cost changes, or unforeseen issues.
Emergency or after-hours service may include additional fees, which will be disclosed in advance whenever possible.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted forms of payment: [cash, check, credit card, ACH, etc.]
Late payments may be subject to a [1.5%] monthly late fee or the maximum allowed by law.
Unpaid balances may be sent to collections after [30] days, and the customer may be liable for all related legal or recovery fees.

4. Cancellations & Scheduling

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service denial or deposit requirements for future appointments.
In cases of weather delays or unforeseen issues, we will reschedule as quickly as possible.

5. Warranties

We offer a [1-year] workmanship warranty on electrical labor.
Manufacturer warranties apply to installed parts and materials where applicable.
Warranties are void if work is tampered with or altered by another party after service completion.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Broad Electric shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or concealed issues (e.g., faulty wiring hidden behind walls).
Customers are responsible for disclosing hazardous conditions or prior issues.

7. Licensing & Insurance

Broad Electric is licensed, bonded, and insured in the State of Nebraska. Our electricians are trained professionals and comply with all state licensing and safety requirements.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this site for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
All content on this site is property of Broad Electric and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
We reserve the right to update or modify site content or terms at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska.

Warranty Policy

Broad Electric Workmanship Guarantee

At Broad Electric, L.L.C., we take pride in the quality of our work and the professionalism of our team. To ensure our customers feel confident and protected, we provide the following guarantee on all eligible services:

1-Year Warranty on Labor and Workmanship

We guarantee that all electrical work performed by Broad Electric will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date the work is completed.

What’s Covered:

Electrical labor performed by Broad Electric electricians.
Installation of wiring, outlets, switches, breakers, panels, and other electrical components.
Any work explicitly described in the service agreement or invoice.
Repairs or rework needed due to improper installation or failure to meet applicable electrical codes.

What’s Not Covered:

Parts, equipment, or materials covered by manufacturer warranties.
Work altered or tampered with by a third party after completion.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or customer-provided materials.
Pre-existing electrical problems not addressed during our scope of work.
Normal wear and tear or routine maintenance issues.

Provide your phone number, service date, invoice number, and a description of the issue
We’ll schedule a visit to inspect and, if necessary, repair the issue at no additional labor cost

This workmanship guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer listed on the invoice.
This guarantee does not limit or override any rights provided by Nebraska state law or applicable electrical code requirements.
